Boca Del Mar occupies about 1,300 acres of central-west Boca Raton, bounded roughly by Palmetto Park Road to the north, SW 18th Street to the south and Powerline Road running through its spine. It is a patchwork of more than eighty condominium, townhome and single-family associations, which means the last quarter mile of the trip matters: gate codes, guest lanes and building clusters that look identical at night.
